Program overview:

 

The Bachelor of Arts in Media Technology is one of our distinctive home-grown programs specializing in the field of Audio-Visual and Media Production. The program incorporates a variety of teaching and learning methods, including lectures, tutorials, laboratory practicals, projects, and industrial training.

It is designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge of media technology concepts, principles, and emerging technologies, along with the practical skills required to excel in the audio-visual and media production industry.

Students enrolled in this program will have the opportunity to advance their careers in roles such as Advertising and Promotions Manager, Audio and Video Equipment Technician, Broadcast Technician or Engineer, Camera Operator, Desktop Publisher, Film and Video Editor, News Editor, Videographer, Graphic Designer, and Motion Graphics Composer, among others.

Upon successful completion, graduates will be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise combined with critical thinking, digital proficiency, communication, analytical abilities, and leadership skills, enabling them to create a professional portfolio and pursue global career opportunities in the media industry.

 This program is a collaboration with Genovasi University Malyisa  

Each student will be conferred two distinct certificates: one issued by West Cambridge College and the other by Genovasi.

The languages of study are English, French, and Arabic. The student could choose these languages
